Answer:

Since 1975, the wolf is in the protected species classification, which is why its populations have increased. Changing to the category of certain protected would give all states the power to authorize or regulate wolf hunting. If this happens the wolf population will be threatened again as the number of individuals decreased as well as the reproduction rate. In addition, the wolf is a very important species at an ecological level since it is a great predator and allows ecological balance and being protected protects all the territory that lives next to other vulnerable species
