No I believe that it is 3. Divisions existed between social classes
Explanation: When the noble knocked out the tooth of someone in the same rank the other knocked the nobles tooth out in response. But, when the noble punches a commoners tooth out then the noble would get fined proving 3. That there are divisions between social classes.
