The probability of choosing dogs which are female is
(3)/(28).

Explanation:

Total number of dogs = 8

Total number of dogs which are male = 5

Total number of dogs which are female = 3

Probability of choosing one dog which are female out of 8 =
(3)/(8)

Total number of dogs left in kennel = 7

Total number of dogs left which are female = 2

Probability of choosing second dog which is female out of left dogs =
(2)/(7)

Hence, probability of choosing two dogs which are female for walk =
(3)/(8) * (2)/(7) =
(3)/(28)
