In groups people may be pressured to fit a certain stereotype to be able to hangout around that certain group.

Answer:

Group Think

Step-by-step explanation:

people in a group tend to conform and express similar beliefs based on what they interpret the group to deem right. Essentially it diminishes individual thought/ideas in order to not go against the rest of the group. So in a group people act and think like the rest to not go against the norm.
