Deadlifts focus on Hamstring muscle region of the body

Step-by-step explanation:

Dead lifting is weight lifting process in which certain amount of weight is lifted from the floor or from lower position. Its application is generally seen in sports, fitness and bodybuilding.

Hamstrings muscles are located at the rear of upper legs. It consists of biceps femoris, semitendinosus and semimembranosus. The hamstring bends the knee joint and extend the thigh to back portion of the body. They are used for physical activities i.e walking, running etc. These Deadlifts are used to enhance the surrounding muscle strength and building of core muscles . It also helps in fresh gain in size of the muscle .
