What is the slope of a line with the points (3,3) and (0,-6)

Answer:

-9/-3 = 3

Explanation:

The formula for slope is y2 - y1 over x2 minus x1 and

y2 = -6

y1 = 3

x2 = 0

x1 = 3

so

-6 - 3

over

0 - 3

which gives you -9

over -3 which simplifies to 3
