HELP!! I have a quiz on this and don't understand how to do this. with explation please

Amira has 3/4 of a bag of cat food. Her cat eats 1/10 of a bag per week.


How many weeks will the food last?

If it was 10 bags of cat food and a cat that eats 2 bags per week, we'd just divide 10/2 and get 5 weeks.

It's the same thing here, except we're dividing fractions:

`n=(3/4)/(1/10)`

`= (3)/(4) * 10`

`= \frac{15} {2}`

As a mixed number, that's

Answer: 7 1/2 weeks
