Answer:

g(x) is shifted 3 to the left and 5 up

Explanation:

I am very horrible at explaining these things, especially why it's 3 to the left and not to the right, but you'll have to trust me on that one.

As far as the 5 up part, you take the function (x+3)^2 and you always add 5, raising every output by 5.
