these are just some definitions from the top of my head. synonyms that would help you better understand it could possibly be either highly impressionable or lowly impressionable because when your insensible, your reasoning is flawed. Like you common sense not knowing right and wrong.

You can see this by combining "not" from the Latin root and "Perceiving". Used in a sentence its easy to understand. "The girl was not perceiving the facts and was easily convinced"
