The method by which a government can destroy languages is by culture practices and not monitoring the language programs.

EXPLANATION:

The native language tells about its culture and people. Struggle to save language is as important as saving the culture. Today in the U.S, around 79 languages will go extinct and 34 are in danger. The language projects do not receive funding from the government. Only 29% of the total language projects are funded.

In the process of preserving the white culture fewer was spent on preserving the native language. There are no programs run to build fluent native language speakers. Few tribes are not funded and others cannot even apply. So if culture affected the people gets affected and this, in turn, reduces the practice of speaking the native language.
