Answer:

13(1)/(3)

13 slices with
(1)/(3) of left over.

Explanation:

To solve this problem we just need to divide, you can deduct that from Sasha's intention, she wants to cut, that's division. So, the bread is 10-inch, and she wanna have slices of 3/4 inch. In other words, we must divide 10 by 3/4, that's the cut Sasha wants to make:

10/(3)/(4)=10(4)/(3)=(40)/(3)=13.333333

This result means that she will have 13 slices of 3/4 inches, and 0.3333333 would be left over, which is 1/3.

Therefore, the result would be
13(1)/(3), as a mixed number.

Answer:

13 slices, 3/10 inches left.

Explanation:

10 divided by 3/4 = 10 divided by .75

10 divided by .75 = 13.3

13 slices, .3 inches (3/10) leftover
