Answer: y-1=3(x+3)

Explanation:

y-y1=m(x-x1)

[-3(y1),1(x1)] m=3

Take the 2nd number (1) [ y-1= ]

Take the first number (-3) (x- -3)

Then m [ 3(x- -3) ]

Put it all together y-1=3(x- -3)

Lastly, fix the last part y-1=3(x+3)
