y equals -4x + 1/2

Explanation:

because when you look put something in slope intercept form you you get your slope which in this case would be -4 and you add the y-intercept because the slope is how much it's going to bite you but the y-intercept is what it is what is starting at so and you add the Y intercept because the slope is how much it's going to bite you but the y-intercept is what it is what it's starting out
