For this case we have the following functions:

f (x) = 7\\g (x) = x-4

We must find
(g_ {0} f) (x). By definition we have to:

(g_ {0} f) (x) = g (f (x))

So:

(g_ {0} f) (x) = (7) -4 = 7-4 = 3

Then, regardless of the value of "x",
(g_ {0} f) (x) = 3.

Answer:

For any value of "x",
(g_ {0} f) (x) = 3. Thus,
(g_ {0} f) (0) cannot be evaluated, the result will always be 3.
