For this case we have the following system of equations:

-3x + 3y = 4\\y = x + 3

Substituting the second equation into the first we have:

-3x + 3 (x + 3) = 4\\-3x + 3x + 9 = 4\\9 = 4

The equality is not fulfilled, therefore the system has no solution.

The lines do not intersect.

Answer:

The system has no solution.
