For Alyssa's lemonade recipe, 10 lemons are required to make 8 cups of lemonade. At what rate are lemons being used in lemons per cup of lemonade? Express your answer in simplest form.

if you multiply 10×8 then you will get 80 lemonade

10 lemons for 8 cups. 10/8. Then find how many cups per lemon. So you divide the denominator by the denominator (8/8) to get x/1 then the numerator by the denominator (10/8) which is 1.25. So it’s 1.25 for every 1 lemon
