It's also not a lab-grown diamond because it's not grown naturally, although it has a chemical composition which is also a characteristic of minerals. The option with glass is also not the answer even though glass is inorganic, because another definition of minerals is that they have a crystalline structure, so it is a salt. Salt is a mineral.
