He is an american man that has been working since early years. At the age of 13 he had a new pocket watch, since he always has had this natural curiosity for the machinery of objects, he started to take it apart and reassembly again, so he was famous in his neighborhood.

Later at age of 16, he started as a junior worker in steam machines, so he learnt a lot about machines and its parts.

By passing the years, after he married, he was inspired to build a model without horses, actually another famous people like Edison after the invention of the bulb, inspire him to continue with this project.
