The transition from the Confederation Articles to the United States Constitution was anything but a consistent one, and fixing the issues of the Confederation Articles required a progression of extensive discussions both during and after the show. Be that as it may, one thing was sure; something must be changed.

One faction restricted the Constitution since they thought a more grounded government undermined the state powers. Others contended that another brought together government would have every one of the attributes of the imperialism of Great Britain they had fought so energetically to expel themselves from.
