I'm supposed to write a paragraph about these words can you help? Use the words import, export, and mercantilism in a paragraph about the colonies.

You can use this one paragraph :

Mercantilism is a national policy which is aimed to improve a country's economy through international trade. In order to achieve that, European countries started to colonize a less developed country and forced to to conform to their demand. They will force the colony to work with a very low wages, and import the finished product with low price. To turn a profit, they will export that exact same product to a richer country with higher price.
