Answer:

(y-5) = (6/7)(x-4) or (y+1) = (6/7)(x+3)

Explanation:

point-slope form is

(y-y1) = m(x-x1), where m is a slope , and x1 and x1 are coordinate of the point.

m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1) = (5-(-1))/(4-(-3))=6/7, slope m=6/7

We can use any point to write a point-slope form of an equation

1) (y-5) = (6/7)(x-4)

or

2) (y+1) = (6/7)(x+3)
