In the Great Plains, you can find the dry climates.

Explanation:

The Great Plains is a vast piece of land spread across USA and Canada. It consists mainly of grasslands and covers modern day states like North Dakota, Nebraska and Kansas.

These lands are usually dry during the entire year, but they are mainly used for the grazing of cattle and for agriculture too. Sometimes the great plains are also prone to heavy rainfall and sometimes, tornado too, although they are dry for most of the time.
