Column Totals

Column total for number of people who smoke = 6 + 44 = 50

Column total for number of people who do not smoke = 30 + 120 = 150

Row Totals

Row total for number of people who exercise regularly = 6 + 30 = 36

Row total for number of people who do not exercise regularly = 44 + 120 = 164

Total number of people surveyed = 200

Percentage of adults who do not smoke = 150/200 = 75%
