Answer:

$coplementary \: angles \: = 90° \\ (x + 9)° + (7x - 15)° = 90° \\ (8x - 6)° = 90° \\ 8x = 90 + 6 \\ 8x = 96° \\ x = 12\\ angle \: B. = ((7 * 12)- 15) \\ = 69°$
