Many of the ancient tribes were conquered by Europeans, not in battle, but because of what issue the Europeans brought with them?

The Europeans took all the food.

The Europeans took away all of the animals, so the native people could not farm. The Europeans took away all of the animals, so the native people could not farm.

Answer:

The Europeans brought diseases like smallpox that killed many of the native people and weakened the tribes.

Step-by-step explanation:

When the Spanish sailors first arrived to the San Salvador Island, the people there welcomed them openly. They even laid down their weapons and brought them peace offerings and tokens of friendship. The Spanish readily took over the land.

In the initial years, the people of Taino were numbered at atleast 60,000 but by the year 1548 their number had drastically decreased to just a mere 500. This is just one case of European invasion of ancient tribals. This was mainly due to the diseases like smallpox that they brought along with them. And when these diseases were spread to the natives, they easily succumb to them for they were weaker than the foreigners. This led to their easy deaths due to their low immunity defenses.
