DIFFERENCES:

1.)prokaryotic cells DNA are naked, circular and not enclosed with nuclear membrane while eukaryotic cells DNA is linear, not naked and enclosed with nuclear membrane.

2.)In prokaryotic cell endoplasmic reticulum ate absent while both rough and smooth endoplasmic reticulum are present

3.)cell wall are made up of protein and polysachloride in prokaryotic cell while cell wall are made up of cellulose in plant and animal, chitin in fungi , no cell wall in animal in eukaryotic cell.

Similarities:

1.)All prokaryotic cell and unicellular eukaryotic cells has flagella.

2.)All prokaryotic cells and some eukaryotic reproduce asexually.
