-4x(x^2-3x+5)

Explanation:

GCD of the polynomial is 4 since 5 is the highest number that divides 4, 12 and 20. So since we are factoring the negative sign with the GCD we get

-4(x^3-3x^2+5x). However, there is a common factor of x within the polynomial too so we can bring that out too so we get

-4x(x^2-3x+5)
