Social media played a big part of the capitol's protest. Twitter is one of the largest social media networking websites, so lots of people are bound to see a message as long at it's written. With the president's large following, and just public access in general, many people were able to see the president's post promoting violence.

Two alternate answers to the 4th question:

Yes, I think the protestors should be charged as terrorists for destroying public and private property and causing injury to many who were involved or not.

No, I don't think the protestors should be charged as terrorists because it was an enticement made by the president. (I can't defend anyone involved.)
