Two hormones responsible for milk production are "Prolactin and oxytocin".
EXPLANATION:
Production of Prolactin hormone takes place in the pituitary gland. This hormone instructs the body to produce milk when the mother is pregnant. Oxytocin stimulates the muscles around the breast to squeeze out milk and helps in the ejection of milk.
Thus, both of these hormones play an important role in milk production in mothers. There are several other hormones like estrogen which are indirectly related to milk production.
