Explanation:

As you can see, in the table there is 18 at the top then at the bottom, it is split into two rectangles. One side is 14 and the other side is the variable n.

A trick that I do for this is just easily take 18 minus 14 and that is what you put in replace of the n on the table! So the answer is 4.
