Answer:
1/3 of his land
Explanation:
1/2 is gone. he divides the other half into 1/3,1/4,1/4.
son gets 1/2 -1/3 which is 1/6.
daughter gets 1/2-1/4 which is 1/4.
the orphanage also gets 1/4.
add them altogether
1/6+1/4+1/4=2/3
so 2/3 of his half land is gone to the people he shared with.
2/3 of the 1/2 land = 2/3 of 1/2=1/3
