Answer: t = 2

Explanation:

log(2t + 4) = log(14-3t)

The log on the left handside will cancel the log on the right hand side.

The equation becomes;

2t + 4 = 14 -3t

collect like terms

2t + 3t = 14 -4

5t = 10

Divide bothside by 5

5t/ 5 = 10/5

t = 2
