The one that is not a use of estar is the first one: describing personality.

You can describe emotion by saying: Estoy contenta (I am happy)

You can describe a location by saying: Esta en la mesa (It is on the table)

You can describe doing things by saying: Estoy lavándome los dientes (I am brushing my teeth)

However you can’t describe someone’s personality with estar as you can’t say: Esta simpática as it would mean that (She be friendly) if you know what I mean. You would have to say: Ella és simpática (She is friendly)
