Explanation:

The given parabolic equation is
y=3x^(2) -4x+10.

The vertex of a parabola ( if it's axis is parallel to y-axis )
y=ax^(2) +bx+c is given by
((-b)/(2a),(4ac-b^(2))/(4a)).

So, for the given parabola
a=3,b=-4,c=10.

The vertex is
((-(-4))/(2*3),(4*3*10-(-4)^(2))/(4*3))

∴ The vertex is given by
((2)/(3),(26)/(3)).
