x^(2) +12x-15=0 We apply the quadratic equation formula:
(-b+-\sqrt{b^(2)-4*a*c })/2*a, where
a=1, b=12 y c=-15. so;


(12+-\sqrt{12^(2) -4*1*(-15)} )/(2*1) = (12+-√(144-60))/2 = (12+-√(84))/2, but
√(84) = 2√(21) We have that:


Solution : (6-√(21) , 6+√(21) )
