Answer:

2(L+W) = 34

L + W = 17

.

L*W = 52

.

L = 2W+5

.

2L + 2W = 34

L - 2W = 5

--------------- add

3L = 39

L = 13

Answer: L= 65 cm

W= 12 cm

Explanation:

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+w)

2(l+w) = 154

l + w = 77

From the question

l = 5+ 5w

So 5 + 5w + w = 77

5+ 6w = 77

6w = 72

w = 12 cm

l = 77-b = 77 - 12

= 65 cm
