If you draw a cone and mark down the 5 and 4, you will notice that a right triangle can be formed. This means the height of the cone is 3.

To calculate volume, use the formula 1/3 πr²h.

You should get 1256/25 or 50.24.

Answer:

12.56

Explanation:

first solve for the height. to find the height use pythagorean theorm. a=StartRootc2﹣b2EndRoot=StartRoot5^2﹣4^2EndRoot=3. 3 is your height. now you find the radius by cutting the diameter in half, leaving you with 2 then you plug that into the equation for cone volume and get V=πr2h

3=π·22·3

3≈12.56637
