We can eliminate the bottom two answers because its a full boundary line which is used when the inequality has ≤ or ≥. Now we have to figure out which top one to use. To see which one is correct we can use the point (0, 0) to see if the point should be shaded or not.

y > 1 - 3x

0 > 1 - 3(0)

0 > 1 - 0

0 > 1

This is false when we use (0, 0). So now we know that the point (0, 0) should NOT be shaded.
