Answer:

Explanation:

Remaining yellow paint = 9/8 - (9/8 * 3/4) {1 1/8 =9/8}

=9/8 [ 1 - 3/4] = 9/8* 1/4 = 9/32

Remaining green paint = 10/9 - (10/9 * 3/4)

= 10/9* [ 1-3/4] = 10/9 * 1/4 =5/9 * 1/2 = 5/18

Remaining blue paint = 7/8 - (7/8 * 3/4)

= 7/8 * [ 1- 3/4] = 7/8 * 1/4 = 7/32

Total of all three remaining paint = 9/32 + 7/32 + 5/18

= (9 + 7)/32 + 5/18

= 16/32 + 5/18

= 1/2 + 5/18

= 1*9/2*9 + 5/18 = 9/18 + 5/18

= (9 + 5)/18 = 14/18

= 7/9
