Helena was married to a Roman Emperor Constantius, which she later than had his son Constantine the first. Constantine was well known as the Great, he was the king to become a christian. Later on in life would Helena know that she discovered the cross that was believed Jesus was horrible abused upon. Sadly she died 328 C.A in Nicomedia, which is now present day Turkey.

St. Helena died circa 328 in Nicomedia (present-day Turkey).
