y = -4x + 43

Explanation:

The line on the graph passes through points (0,5) and (1,1)

The slope of this line = change in y ÷ change in x =
(1 - 5)/(1 - 0) = -4

Since our second line (i.e the line passing through point (7,15) is parallel to our first line (the one with the slope of -4), the slope of our second line is also equal to -4 .

Fact: Parallel lines have the same value of slope.

Taking another point (x,y) on the second line,

Slope =
(y-15)/(x-7) = -4

Cross-multiplying this gives; y - 15 = -4x + 28

Finally, y = -4x + 43
