We shall change all the equation to the slope-intercept form, to get their slope and intercept.

To do the above, we will change it to the form y=mx + c

option A

4x + 3y = -10

subtract 4x from both-side of the equation

4x-4x + 3y = -4x - 10

3y = -4x - 10

Divide through the equation by 3

y = -4/3 x - 10/3

comparing the above equation with y=mx + c

The slope(m) is -4/3 and the intercept(c) is -10/3

OPTION B

4x + 3y = 10

Its almost the same with option A, except with the fact that the 10 is having a positive sign. This implies that its slope m = -4/3 and intercept(c) =10/3
