The code of ethics is designed by each company as suitable for its goals. But in general it includes the following:

The Governance structure: It explains what are the comitees and the roles of persons regarding the responsibilities in case of a problem.

Value based components: Are the values that the company define as pilars for the behavior of its members.

Violation to the code: It stablishses the consequences of violating any of the conducts determined in the code.
