Answer:

490÷ 28 = 17.5

28 can only go into 49 once

so put a 1 at the top over 4

and put 28 under 49 where then you have to subtract it

which equals 21

bring the 0 down next to 21 making it 210

28 goes into 210 7.5 times

so there for your answer is 17.5
