H₂(g) ⇄ 2NH₃(g) ΔH = -92.3 kJ
The enthalpy change of a reaction is given by subtracting the energy of the reactants from that of the products.
Therefore, the enthalpy change of a forward reaction will differ from the anthalpy change of the reverse reaction with only the sign.
