1.) Sovereignty is the full control and power of a government over itself, without any influence or control from outside sources or bodies. Sovereignty is a term used in designating a supreme authority over a region. A country may give up its sovereignty in the case of a war or conflict, or when it is conquered.

2.)Extraterritoriality is the state of being exempted from the coverage of local law, usually as the result of diplomatic negotiations between sovereign countries.

Examples of united States of America laws that are extraterritorial are:

1.) Military forces.

2.) Criminal laws.

3.) Diplomatic missions.

4.) Sanctions against foreign countries.

3.) The main political conditions multinational companies requires in a foreign country are favourable economic policies, a peaceful nation, good infrastructures.
