After the Loper family lost everything in a house fire, friends and neighbors wanted to help, but feel overwhelmed by the magnitude of need. By creating this list, the friend has increased the likelihood of assistance by increasing _____.

Answer: By creating this list, the friend has increased the likelihood of assistance by increasing PERCEIVED BEHAVIORAL CONTROL

Step-by-step explanation:

Perceived behavioural control :

When we are faced with a situation in which we are required or woul want to act , the first thing is our belief of whether we can perform that behaviour or not and also considering the nature of the behaviour that needs to be performed, this is referred to as perceived behavioural control.

If the behaviour seems overwhelming it may be daunting to perform that behaviour which may lower our perceived behavioural control however if we feel that the behaviour is under our control that increases our perceived behavioural control; which means our belief that we can perform that behaviour.

A friend who made a list for the Loper's family made it look possible to help the Lopers by breaking the tasks into simple singular task easing the overwhelming aspect of the behaviour hence increasing Perceived behavioural control.
