I know the answer to 7/8 divided by 1/4 is 4 but how do i show my work for it ?

Explanation:

First you can flip the second fraction like this 1/4 4/1 than leave 7/8. Now multiply straight across. 4/1 × 7/8 = 28/8. Now you have to simplify, which would be 3 1/2. ( to simplify simply see how many times does 8 go into 28 that's 3 times which is 24 and there is 4 left over so you make that into a half.)
