Answer: Eating a healthy snack, biking, and possibly a movie.

Explanation: I know many people eat candy to break from smoking but candy isn't healthy so I would say eat a snack. Exercising is hard to get into the habit but it can take your mind off things (at least it's easier than other exercises). Yes, being on screens is not healthy but it's VERY distracting, and it's better than smoking.
