Which of these powers is denied to state governments?

The only example of a power DENIED to state governments would be coining and printing money. This is a power given to the U.S. Congress in Article I, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution.

It depends on what your options are, but it would most likely be printing out money.

That was used to be the case along time ago but now money is controlled by the federal government. Legal tender (cash) is federally back.
